Choco-Chip Muffins, (12 Muffins)

  

Ingriedients:

180g Butter

120g Granulated Sugar

3 Egg(s)                                                    

200g Flour                                          

1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder

5 tbsp. Milk

50g Chocolate Chips of your choice

2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

 

 Let's do this!

Dough

Step 1

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees'.

Step 2

  • Put the butter into a bowl mix it until it’s soft.
  • Then add the sugar & eggs and continue with the mixing until it becomes one.
  • Lastly add the vanilla extract, chocolate chips of your choice and milk into the bowl and mixed it for 2 minutes.

 Step 3

  • Put the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and mix it for a view seconds
  • Let the flour mixture snow into the butter mixture, then stir it at the lowest containment level with a mixer. 
  • Go only on the middle after a minute and then the highest containment level.

Step 4

  • Put the muffin tins in a muffin form.
  • Distribute the muffin dough evenly into the forms.
  • Set the oven down to 180 degrees'
  • And off go the muffins into the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • When the time is up take out the muffins with oven gloves and put it somewhere where it isn't sunny (not in the fridge) and let them cool down
  • Laslty let some icing sugar snow on the muffins.

And done are your Choco-Chip muffins!

Coconut Cupcakes, (12 Cupcakes)

Dough:
 

160g butter (room temperature)

110g granulated sugar

3 eggs

1 pack vanilla sugar

60g Grated Coconut

190g white flour  

1.5 teaspoons baking powder  

6 tablespoons of milk  

Let's do this!

Frosting:

100g butter (soft)  

200g cream cheese (soft)  

100g Grated Coconut

100g icing sugar


Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees'.

Step 2

Step 3

  • Put the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and mix it for a view seconds

  • If the dough is thick, then you've done it right

Step 2

  • When the muffins have cooled down, you can then, with a fork or a frosting-tube, spread the frosting on the muffins as you like
  • Spread some sugar hearts and finished are the delicious vanilla cupcakes.

Tip: a little bit of food colour is always helpful.

  • When the muffins have cooled down, you can then, with a fork or a frosting-tube, spread the frosting on the muffins
  • Then put half of a double side cream cookie of your choice on each of the cupcakes
  • And finished are the delicious vanilla cupcakes.

Coconut-Nutella Cake

 Dough: 

200g sunflower oil

125g granulated sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar

70g Grated Coconut

3 eggs

half pinch of salt

1 dl milk

300g flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 full tablespoon of nutella

Let's begin!

Step 1

  • Put the oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs in one bowl and the flour and baking powder in another.
  • Let the flour mixture snow into the oil mixture and mix it to one dough.
  • During the stiring, add the milk and continue to stir for another minute
  • And lastlz but not least add the nutella and stir it till it the dough becomes brown.

Step 2

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees'.
  • Cover the baking form with butter and cover it with flower.
  • Then fill the dough into the baking form and put it on the lower half in the oven.
  • Bake for minimum 35 minutes and maximum 40 minutes
  • Open the oven only from 35 minutes+

Step 3

  • Take the baking form with oven gloves or a kitchen towel out of the oven, let it rest for 2-5 minutes
  • Then topple the cake on a flat plate, let it cool for another couple minutes.
  • To make the cake get some extra look let icing sugar snow on it.
  • Finished is your cake and now is your turn to ultimate enjoy it.

Dough:

1/4 lemon (only the juice)  

190g white flour

1.5 teaspoons baking powder  

6 tablespoons of milk  

Let us begin!

Frosting:

100g butter (soft)  

200g cream cheese (soft)  

3/4 lemon (only the juice)  

100g icing sugar

Let's Start!

Step 3

  • Put the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, shortly mix it with a spoon.
  • Let the flour mixture snow into the butter mixture, then stir it at the lowest containment level with a mixer. 
  • Only after a minute on the middle and then the highest containment level.

Step 4

  • Put the muffin tins in a muffin form.
  • Distribute the muffin dough even into the forms.
  • Set the oven to 180 degrees' down
  • And off we go for the muffins in the oven for 15-17 minutes
  • When the time is up take out the muffins with oven gloves and put it somewhere where it is not sunny (also not in the fridge) and let them cool down.
  • During this time, prepare the frosting

 

Frosting:

Step 1

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir it at the lowest level with a mixer and that until the ingredients become one
  • If the dough is thick and liquid at the same time, then you've done it perfectly

Tip: a little bit of food colour will add more life to the cupcakes.

 

Step 2

  • When the muffins have cooled down, you can than, with a fork, spread the frosting on the muffins
  • Then decorate them with coloured Cristal sugar (available in any supermarket) or other delicious food decorations.
  • And finished are the delicious lemon cupcakes.

Vanilla Cake

Dough: 

200g butter, (soft)

150g granulated sugar

1pck. vanilla sugar

4 eggs

half pinch of salt

1.5 dl milk

300g flour

3 teaspoons baking powder  

Let's start!

Step 1

  • Mix the butter soft in a bowl and add sugar, Vanilla sugar, eggs and salt
  • Stir it for 2 minutes
  • During the stiring, add the milk and continue to stir for another minute

Step 2

  • Put the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, let it snow into the liquid dough 
  • Stir it with a mixer until it becomes a smooth dough.

Step 3

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cover the baking form with butter and cover it with flower.
  • Then fill the dough into the baking form and put it on the lower half in the oven.
  • Bake for minimum 40 minutes and maximum 45 minutes.
  • Open the oven only from 40 minutes+

Step 4

  • Take the baking form with oven gloves or a kitchen towel out of the oven, let it rest for 2-5 minutes
  • Then topple the cake on a flat plate, let it cool for another couple minutes.
  • To make the cake get some extra look let icing sugar snow on it.
  • Finished is your cake and now is your turn to ultimate enjoy it.
